TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The part you are sending for replacement must be unused. If the part shows marks of previous deterioration or use, we will not be able to process an exchange for that part.
  • We request that you send us the part in its original packaging.
  • Shipment from you to our warehouse is on us. We will provide you with a free shipping label.
  • Outgoing shipping costs will be charged according to the part size, weight and distance from our warehouse.
  • We cannot issue a credit where the new replacement part has a lower cost than the original part that you sent us.
  • As soon as we receive the item and it is in satisfactory condition, we will contact you to start the exchange process and charge for shipping and any price difference that might be applicable.
  • Double check to make sure you are requesting the correct replacement item, since we will only exchange your item once. If you will need to exchange it again, we will not be able to provide a prepaid return label.
  • Additionally, we cannot provide a refund for items that have been exchanged, we will only be able to give you Upper Bounce credit.
