  • Please provide us Proof of Purchase, such as a receipt Or print-out of your online purchase.
  • The part you are sending for replacement must be unused. If part shows marks of previous deterioration or use, we cannot issue a credit for that part.
  • We request that you send us the part in its original packaging.
  • Shipment from you to our warehouse is on us. We will provide you with a free shipping label.
  • Return shipping costs will be charged according to the part size, weight and distance from our warehouse.
  • if the new replacement part has a lower cost than the original part that you sent us, we cannot issue a credit.
  • As soon as we receive the item and it is in satisfactory condition, we will contact you to start the exchange process and charge for shipping and any price difference that might be applicable.
