If upon receipt you notice any damage or missing parts, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right quickly at our expense.

Otherwise, we’re happy to accept the return for 30 days after purchase. You can begin the return or exchange process online by filling out a form at upperbounce.com/exchange or at upperbounce.com/return.  You can always reach out to our support team for assistance via email, phone or chat. When you complete the online form or speak to our support team, you’ll get a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA#.  Please put that number clearly on the product so our we can quickly process your return.

 We’ll refund the purchase price, but please understand that we’ll have to deduct 15% for restocking. If you just want to exchange the product, there is no restocking fee. After 30 days we can’t accept the return, but our warranty applies.

To be eligible for return or exchange, all returned products must be in original and unused condition,  including original packaging material, manuals and all other accessories provided. Please place product in a secure carton as to ensure it won’t be damaged during transit.

Please understand that we can’t be responsible for cost to ship the items back to Machrus Brands. Initial shipping costs are unfortunately not refundable.

Just a reminder – please send back the product only once you get an RMA#. If you send it back beforehand, we won’t be able to trace the product to you we won’t be able to issue a refund. 


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Check Your Order

Once your order arrived, please check that there is no damage and if all the parts are included. If you notice that there are some parts missing, do not send back the item. Please notify us of the missing parts and we will immediately send you the parts that you are missing at no extra cost to you.


All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Styles and packaging as well as inventory are also subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales to re-sellers.

Errors and Corrections

We made every attempt to keep our website up to date with the most recent products, pricing, information and availability, but errors do happen and we apologize if that caused any misunderstanding. We are not responsible for pricing or information errors on our website. If an order is placed and an item in the order is deemed to have been incorrectly priced, the customer will be contacted for a price update before the order is processed.
